Ifritor I2 Magnum Liner, known as Inferno Ifrit Magnum Liner (インフェルノイフリート・マグナム・ライナー, Inferuno Ifurīto Magunamu Rainā) in Japan, is a Balance Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Dual Layer System. It was released in Japan on November 12th, 2016 for 3780円 as part of the Beyblade Super Custom Set Heavy Ver. and was later released in western countries as a Starter Pack.

Energy Layer - Ifritor I2

Main article: Energy Layer - Ifritor I2
Ifritor I2 is a triangular Balance Type Energy Layer made for Attack, the perimeter of which features three triangles and three pointed blades creating the primary points of impact, one of the triangles making up the upper jaw and one of the blades of which makes up the lower jaw of the Layer's namesake, the supernatural creature of fire from Islamic Scripture.

The pointed shape and direction of the blades implies a high recoil design that excels in Burst Attack, while the downward slope of the blades allows for small amounts of Force Smash and Destabilization and the three triangles are pointed downward so they do not cover up the blades. Furthermore the Takara Tomy release of Inferno Ifrit features four teeth, the first of which is short in length and the last three are tall in length, allowing this Layer to withstand its own recoil. However, Inferno Ifrit's blades are in reality, compact which limits the recoil and the Layer suffers a history of breaks and no mold variations have been released to solve that problem. It is recommended to have multiple copies of this Layer and to be prepared to replace it.

Forge Disc - Magnum

Main article: Forge Disc - Magnum
Magnum features a circular metal disc with a plastic covering around the sides and some of the top. This leaves the metal directly on the bottom and the prongs that fit into the energy layer still exposed. The covering features three triangular protrusions and one round protrusion. Unlike other Forge Discs, the letter M is not located on the prongs as they are located on the plastic instead. Magnum is meant to distribute weight on three corners like Triple, however, the lightweight outer plastic construction limits the effects of such a weight distribution.

Performance Tip - Liner

Main article: Performance Tip - Liner
Liner features a plastic wheel on an axis through the middle so it can roll. Although it is meant to spin, because it is perpendicular with the stadium floor, it doesn't spin naturally like Gyro or Revolve. Rather, it remains stationary when stable but has an erratic pattern when hit. This lends into its gimmick, counter attacking by rapidly returning to the center, though this effect is through the shape of the tip and not through the rolling of the wheel. This same shape also leads to poor Balance and poor Stamina in turn.
