Legend Beyblades are a special type of Beyblade released exclusively by Hasbro. They are basically the "starter" versions of Metal Fusion Beyblades that were released only in Japan. However, this is Hasbro's version that contain five parts while the starter Beyblades contained four. They also differ from regular models in that all of the plastic pieces are 'pearlescent' featuring opaque, shiny plastics. This includes the Face Bolt, Energy Ring, Spin Track, Performance Tip, Ripcord Launcher, Ripcord and Assembling Tool.At the same time there Facebolt tend to have the signiture engraved on it unlike most beys wich have stickers.

The original Hasbro packaging included one of four different coloured Launchers/Ripcords, which corresponded to it's type. Red for Attack, Yellow for Defense, Green for Stamina, and Blue for Balance. Metal Masters releases instead have Launchers and Ripcords that came in respective colors to the Beyblade itself. Cyber Pegasus 105F has a pearlescent, light blue Launcher, while Night Virgo would have a pearlescent yellow Launcher.

Metal Fusion release of Cyber Pegasus 105F, an example of a Legend Beyblade.

Legend Beyblades was a series of Beyblades released exclusively by Hasbro for the Beyblade: Metal Fusion and Beyblade: Metal Masters toylines. They are Hybrid Wheel System remakes of Metal System Beyblades that were only released in Japan by Takara Tomy. All plastic parts also feature "pearlescent" colored parts, featuring opaque, semi-metallic, shiny plastic.

Some of the parts released in this line were Hasbro's first original parts in the Metal Saga series, particularly the Fusion Wheels. Fusion Wheels such as Torch and Midnight were later imported by Takara Tomy and released in Japan.

The original Metal Fusion releases included Ripcord Launchers with colors that corresponded to the Bey's type. The re-releases in Metal Masters were instead based on the Bey's colors instead. These releases also feature printed Face Bolts, like all Metal Masters releases. Some of these were also released in single Booster Packs, such as Cyber Pegasus 105F.
