Face Bolt - Libra
- Main article: Face Bolt - Libra
The Face Bolt depicts "Libra", the seventh astrological sign in the Zodiac and one of the 88 constellations in space. Libra is Latin for "scales", and the design fittingly features balance scales with the word "Libra" below it. Some Hasbro releases, such as Thunder Libra DF145BS, omit this word and enlarge the scales.
Wheel - Libra
- Weight: 40.5 grams
Representing the scales, Libra has small intrusions, making little recoil. Due to such little recoil, Libra is a great choice for Defense types. Libra also has some Attack use, due to being balanced; although it is outclassed. Libra is also the heaviest Pre-HWS Wheel.
Libra with Metal Face was once banned by the WBO because it was dominating the metagame. Takara-Tomys's weight limit was 47g. Some customs exceeded 47g (MF-H Libra RD125MB), which it was why it was banned. Recently, Libra has been unbanned because there were now many other Fusion Wheel that exceeded 47g, like Twisted.
Spin Track - Defense 125
- Main article: Spin Track - Defense 125
Defense 125 (D125) includes a ring that provides air resistance and a change in weight distribution when compared to 125. Despite its name, it provides no significant defense improvements and is outclassed by other Spin Tracks.
Performance Tip - Hole Flat
- Main article: Performance Tip - Hole Flat
Hole Flat (HF) has a similar movement to that of Flat, with the main difference being a slight Stamina improvement due to the hole in the center of the tip. However, this comes with the detriment of even less grip to the stadium floor than Flat, as well as increased fragility. The hole will eventually wear after use, reducing its grip further.
