Energy Layer - Lightning-X Istros I4

Main article: Energy Layer - Lightning-X Istros I4
Lightning-X Istros I4, despite the added prefix and "I4" suffix, is simply a recolored Hasbro Istros I2. As such, one should refer to the Istros I2 page for information on performance.

Forge Disc - 4

Main article: Forge Disc - 4
4, like other even numbered Core Discs, is symmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features two protrusions, one molded into the shape of a "4" and the other molded into the shape of the Roman Numeral "IV". The protrusions extend further from the center more than other Core Discs which grants 4 high Outward Weight Distribution and subsequent Stamina potential. As a Core Disc, 4 is comparatively heavier than regular Forge Discs such as Heavy and Gravity which grants higher KO resistance and the ability to facilitate Disc Frames can add characteristics such as Life After Death with Cross or Glaive. While 7 has greater Stamina, 4's Stamina is still comparable.

Performance Tip - Accel-S

Main article: Performance Tip - Accel-S
Accel-S is a Performance Tip that features a flat plastic tip with a small diameter, akin to the Flat Performance Tip from Metal Fight Beyblade and the Flat Running Core from HMS. It sits at a height that's slightly taller than Accel in order to facilitate its SlingShock gimmick. As a part of the SlingShock System, Accel-S features a mode-change gimmick, able to switch from "Battle Ring Mode" to "SlingShock Mode".

In "Battle Ring Mode", Accel-S performs as a standard flat tip. When launched straight down, it'll catch onto the Tornado Ridge and rapidly circle the stadium, eventually moving closer to the center overtime as the Accel-S Combination's Spin Velocity drops. If instead launched with a Sliding Shoot, it'll move in a flower pattern formation, crossing the center of the stadium a few times at high speeds.

In "SlingShock Mode", the housing of the flat tip is lowered enough to hide the tip and reveal a wide hole-flat tip. This gives Accel-S a huge boost of speed along with increased Stamina thanks to the hole-flat tip. Unlike most Performance Tips in SlingShock Mode, the height of Accel-S is only slightly increased. Along with the increased size of the base, SlingShock Mode makes the Accel-S Combination less prone to being destabilized.

While this may imply that Accel-S is a must-have Performance Tip, other Performance Tips such as Xtreme, Zephyr, and Destroy have outclassed it in different departments. For example, Xtreme is faster than Accel-S but has less Stamina. Destroy has a free-spinning plate that can stabilize any Combination it's a part of. And Zephyr has more Stamina and control than Accel-S despite being prone to breakage. Due to these Performance Tips' advantages, this reduces Accel-S's use in Attack Combinations. However, since it is identical to Accel performance wise, it still has use in the competitive side.
