Garuda G3 4Glaive Weight, known as Maximum Garuda 4Glaive Weight (マキシマムガルーダ・フォーグレイブ・ウエイト, Makishimamu Garūda Fō Gureibu Ueito) in Japan, is a Stamina Type Beyblade that's a part of the Burst System as well as the God Layer System. As an anime-exclusive Beyblade, it was never released in any countries. It is owned by Koji Konda.

Energy Layer - Garuda G3

Main article: Energy Layer - Garuda G3

Hasbro's Garuda G3 is a circular Stamina Type Energy Layer based on Takara Tomy's Maximum Garuda Layer. It is virtually unchanged and as such features the same wide and smooth edge that is interrupted by shallow bumps. The only visual difference is the God Chip is now irremovable. The slopes of Garuda G3 grant the Layer greater Burst Resistance than its Takara Tomy counterpart. As part of the SwitchStrike System, Garuda G3 features a gimmick: the center is connected to the perimeter by five blades that are intended to create Upper Force.

In theory the Upper Force will "lift" the Beyblade off the stadium floor and decrease friction between the Performance Tip and the stadium floor to improve Stamina. In practice however, the blades instead create air resistance when spinning and slow the Beyblade down, an issue that becomes exacerbated the harder a Garuda G3 combination is launched.

The almost perfectly circular perimeter of Garuda G3 creates little to no recoil which prevents both Bursts and Knock-Outs. Furthermore, the round shape creates high Life-After-Death (LAD) and creates high resistance to Spin-Equalization Combinations. Despite the air resistance created by its Upper Force gimmick, Garuda G3 still has high Stamina. As a result, Garuda G3 is an ideal Layer for Stamina/Defense Combinations.

Forge Disc - 4

Main article: Forge Disc - 4

4, like other even numbered Core Discs, is symmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features two protrusions, one molded into the shape of a "4" and the other molded into the shape of the Roman Numeral "IV". The protrusions extend further from the center more than other Core Discs which grants 4 high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and subsequent Stamina potential. As a Core Disc, 4 is comparatively heavier than regular Forge Discs such as Heavy and Gravity which grants higher Knock-Out Resistance and the ability to facilitate Disc Frames can add characteristics such as Life-After-Death with Cross or Glaive. While 7 has greater Stamina, 4's Stamina is still comparable.

Disc Frame - Glaive

Main article: Disc Frame - Glaive

Glaive is a mostly round Disc Frame with two sharp, wave like protrusions on either side. While too small to come into contact with the opponent's Layer in battle, the round shape of Glaive grants high Life-After-Death while the upwards direction of the protrusions ensure they do not scrape along the stadium floor. While Cross has greater Life-After-Death, Glaive is still comparable.

Performance Tip - Weight

Main article: Performance Tip - Weight

Weight features a ball shaped tip made of metal, akin to Metal Fight Beyblade's Metal Ball Performance Tip, surrounded by a plastic ridge.

Like Metal Ball, the metal tip is meant to decrease friction with the stadium floor and improve Stability and Knock-Out Resistance by lowering the center of balance with its weight and the plastic ridge is meant to provide Life-After-Death with its smooth perimeter.

In practice however, the shape and diameter of the ball creates a semi-aggressive movement pattern early in battle if hard launched, bringing the Beyblade close to the Tornado Ridge. Due to the low friction of the metal, a Beyblade in this state becomes much easier to Knock-Out. A secondary weakness is the plastic ridge, its low positioning means that it is easy for it to contact the stadium floor which exacerbates the aforementioned issue and drains Stamina.

While Weight's sheer weight can improve Knock-Out Defense, it's mitigated by the low friction of metal and rarity of Knock-Outs in the Burst metagame.
