Everyone's art looks like that in the beginning, trust me XD
You're doing fine so far, just try to study more on how to draw the head first. When starting out, an anime head (or any head) is better to draw with guiding marks on where the eyes / nose / ears should go.
I suggest looking for guides on how to do it.
For a first attempt, it's pretty good. You can tell that it's Norman :)
Drawing takes practice too, so if you keep trying, it'll become more easy to get
(I see that 'I can't draw.' If you can't draw, then you wouldn't have been able to draw what was above :) Keep trying and don't give up.)
I have read all the books and need to get Book 11, but Im not sure because bug dragons are kinda ehhh. The series has a buncha plot holes, but it’s the fandom that makes things awesome again. You should join the Wings of Fire Fanon Wiki, where you can make OCs and Roleplay with others :3.
Also, What do you think about Darkstalker? Assuming you read Darkstalker:Legends
Darkstalker seems to be more grey - he has some good intentions (ex. improving the NightWing kingdom, protecting his sister Whiteout) but he also has some 'dark'ness (he still is motivated by power, cannot work beyond hating his father, Artic). he's really interesting.
I found him interesting too, but I lost this interest once I read Book 10. His prequel special portrayed him perfectly, and the writing in there was nice. Although, Clearsight clearly did some dumb moves then
RiverClan is nice too, but my least favorite character HAS to be Crowfeather. I hated how he was a huge whiny character back when he was an apprentice. I felt bad how Feathertail died, but that made me a bit happy that it kinda stopped his whining
I mean, I understand why, with them having the biggest territory at first (and their biome, and you can do ANYTHING in a forest). Also, they easily welcome kittypets in that its easy to make the Clancat-turned kittypet the focus of backstories and prophecies
I really like Mothwing, she can be really silly and kind at times. She was always interesting to read about, especially when Leapaw/Leafpool was in the scene. Bluestar’s past with Snowfur was also interesting, but Snowfur’s death made me really sad
Yeah, but some other people (including me) are DEFINITELY done with how powerful animus abilities are. Ever since Book 9, animus powers have been portrayed as world-changing and beyond the limits. Handing over powers is a little too much
Make it worst: An animus who is a hybrid plus thrice moonborn
Its pretty broken, and the WoF fanon wiki is trying to help users make their OCs less Mary Sue (theres hybrids, animi, and moonborns EVERYWHERE. Some are good, though. Just the immature users thinking Darkstalker-copies are cool)
It would be nice for Sutherland to explore some of the other tribes instead, like flesh out how their society works, just more worldbuilding there in general. It would probably renew interest more in each of the unique tribes instead of the powers...I mean, I agree it would be pretty tempting to make an OC with all of these abilities since it seems 'cool' and 'amazing'
Also, I'm not sure if she ever talks about this, but how was the world before the Scorching?
Id like to agree with my peers at WoF Fanon Wiki: No. more. NightWings.
Besides Clearsight; other than that, NightWings have influenced too much of the plot and messed up the developement of the series. Maybe more MudWings, and hope that bug-dragons will be SOME WHAT legit
Yeah. For a new plot, it would be interesting if the dragons had to ally against a greater threat, a mean, usually the dragons are just warring against each other and it would be nice to feel they are united.
Also, yeah, more equal tribe representation. I mean for really notable MudWings we only have Clay, Umber, Sora, Marsh, Pheasant, and Crocodile (who dies in the same book she's introduced).
Yeah, we need more MudWings. Maybe a villain or protagonist MudWing. I mean, the books have potential like we couldve gotten wyverns or Chinese dragons. We couldve learned more about MudWings besides having their culture shoved all in one book
Other than that, I like WoF but Im uncertain whether I want the future books or not
My friend have told me that stories need prophecies as backing plot armor (PJO, Harry Potter, WoF...). Sometimes fantasy cant be fantasy without prophecies. But we need short stories on regular characters to focus on them
Rick Riordan's books are great because they have unexpected twists and offer a chance at human diversity. Still, he used the same prophecy trope. It wasnt his fault because stuff like seers and Oracle exists
His characters are awesome because they tackle real-world problems with society and human interaction. Percy and other Demigods have ADHD and dyslexia, and Magnus and Alex faces homelessness. In fact, most of his characters struggle with life and who they are
Yeah, modern day needs stories like these. Nowadays, we have annoying rap music and kids who BARELY read. Its great to know there are people like Riordan and Rowling, who bothers to help people in need
Hi, my name is KJ. I just did a page for the Burst BeyLauncher LR and I found your tabber from Shu's article to be extremely helpful. I was able to show Left and Right Spin for the launcher. Thanks again and keep it up! And if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me or join the Discord on the right side as there are more experienced editors there as well.
