Shoot the Dragon of Destruction!! (Japanese: 破壊のドラゴンを撃つ！, Shoot the Dragon of Destruction!!) is the second chapter of the manga arc, Ultimate Bladers, which is based on Beyblade: Metal Fury, and the 32nd chapter of the Metal Fight Beyblade manga overall. It was first released in the May issue of CoroCoro, and was re-released in Metal Fight Beyblade Vol. 8 on April 27, 2011. It is preceded by A Story Fierce Battle!!.

The plot revolves around Ginga's next encounter with Ryuga whom with his new Bey, L-Drago Destroy F:S, challenges Ginga to a battle, to see who is stronger after all the time that has passed, in the second match of Ultimate Bladers.

Synopsis

After winning his first match against Kyoya, Ginga prepares for his next match against his former nemesis: Ryuga. The two meet on the battle stage and Ryuga immediately goes on-the-attack with his new L-Drago Destroyer F:S, putting Ginga & his Cosmic Pegasus F:D on the defensive. Broadcasting the match live by chopper, Blader DJ adds his commentary.

Elsewhere, Kenta, Sora and Benkei are watching the match on the television and Kenta can't help but worry for Ginga, as he recalls moments of Ryuga's darker days wielding Lighting L-Drago 100HF. Yuki, from the WBBA chopper, is also concerned after comparing the two Blader's BBP. Despite Ryuga's 30,000 BBP to his own 15,000 BBP, Ginga remains confident, even as Ryuga presses his attack. But suddenly, Ryuga breaks off his attack and unleashes his newest Ultimate Dark Spin Move, the Ryūō Meikaiha (竜皇命壊破; りゅうおうめいかいは). The attack strikes with earth-shattering force, pummeling Cosmic Pegasus deep beneath the surface. But the match continues as Pegasus roars back to the surface, still full of life and Gingka as confident as ever. After exchanging blows, Gingka and Ryuga unleash their full strength. But more astounding than the rise of their BBP is Yuki's discovery that Ryuga is in fact a Legend Blader.

The match enters its final phase as both Bladers send their Beys charging for one another. Ryuga decides to play his trump card and transforms L-Drago into the powered-up Golden-armored L-Drago Destroyer and launches his Ryūō Meikaiha! Anticipating this, Gingka activates his Bey's special ability and switches Cosmic Pegasus to "Upper Attack Mode". Kenta and the others recognized this as the same ability Kyoya used on his Fang Leone 130W²D in the last match. Gingka unleashes his "Pegasus Rising Upper" attack and both Beys collide with tremendous force. As the dust settles, though weakened, both Pegasus and L-Drago continue spinning. Although battered and beaten, both competitors show great willpower. But it's Gingka who, despite the battle's intensity, Ryuga's constant taunts, and fatigue, surprises all with his determination. At battle's end, Pegasus is the last Bey spinning, much Gingka to excitement!

Ryuga picks up his Bey and reflects upon the battle. Satisfied with his defeat, Ryuga leaves knowing he'd done his best.
