Forge Disc - Hurricane

Main article: Forge Disc - Hurricane (Hasbro)

Hasbro's Hurricane Forge Disc is based on Takara Tomy's Forge Disc of the same name. As such, its shape resembles the design of its Takara Tomy counterpart. However, instead of consisting of a metal core and plastic piece, Hasbro's Hurricane is a single metal piece, with a perimeter mimicking the saw blade design of the plastic piece. Compared to its Takara Tomy counterpart, the number of protrusions has been reduced from 16 to 12. Furthermore, like all HyperSphere Forge Discs, Hasbro's Hurricane is able to use a Disc Frame, like the Core Discs. The underside of the Forge Disc has been hollowed out, reducing its weight to the standard 20 grams of HyperSphere Forge Discs.

Performance Tip - Friction-S

Main article: Performance Tip - Friction-S

Friction-S, as its name implies, is a SlingShock Performance Tip based off of Takara Tomy's Friction. Unlike the original Friction, Friction-S' ball tip is not made of a PolyOxyMethylene (POM) thermoplastic construction, and also does not feature the rubber ring that the original Friction has. As a part of the SlingShock System, Friction-S can be manually altered to switch between "Battle Ring Mode" and "SlingShock Mode"; in this case, by pushing one tab to the other side and vice-versa.
