Nemesis (ネメシス, also known as The Black Sun or the God of Destruction) is the main antagonist of the anime and manga series, Beyblade: Metal Fury. Nemesis is an evil deity that wishes to control the world. It is also a the beyblade, Diablo Nemesis X:D that was first owned by King Hades, but was owned by Rago, before Nemesis' defeat at the hand of Gingka Hagane.
Overview
Nemesis appears to be a giant demonic creature made out of a dark aura. Nemesis was a dark being that aimed to control the world. However its enemies, the Legend Bladers, sealed it away in order to prevent its destruction. However, a great evil is now trying to revive Nemesis and can only be revived when all the ten (nine, as of now) of the heroic Legendary Bladers are together.
Revived by Pluto's Fusion Hades, Nemesis fused with Pluto and Rago, the strongest blader in the world, having defeated Ryuga. Nemesis fought with Gingka Hagane and his friends, to try to bring the world to destruction. However, in the end, the Legend Blader, Gingka Hagane, the Season Blader of Autumn, defeated Nemesis with the help of the millions of Bladers around the world. Nemesis was then permanently sealed away, along with Rago and Pluto.
Trivia
- If you take a look at the Nemesis seen in the past, it looks different then the Nemesis in 4D049-52.
- Nemesis' design looks very similar to that of a creature on the Yu-Gi-Oh card, Staunch Defender.
- Nemesis is also the name of a Goddess in the Greek mythology. She's also known as "Goddess of Revenge" .
