Hole Flat or HF is a Performance Tip released by Takara Tomy. It debuted in Japan with the release of the BB-21 Bey Custom Set Attack & Balance Type on November 20, 2008, and by Hasbro with the release of the Super Vortex Battle Set.

Hole Flat (HF) has a similar movement to that of Flat, with the main difference being a slight Stamina improvement due to the hole in the center of the tip. However, this comes with the detriment of even less grip to the stadium floor than Flat, as well as increased fragility. The hole will eventually wear after use, reducing its grip further.

Hole Flat has been overshadowed by countless other Attack Type Performance Tips such as Rubber Flat (RF), Right Rubber Flat (R2F), and Extreme Flat (XF). However, if unavailable, Hole Flat can be a good alternative.

Even so, Hole Flat is recommended for collection purposes only.
