Hole Flat or HF is a Performance Tip released by Takara Tomy. It debuted in Japan with the release of the BB-27 Starter Capricorne 100HF on August 9, 2008, and in Western countries with the release of the Super Vortex Battle Set.

Description
Hole Flat (HF) has a similar movement to that of Flat, with the main difference being a slight Stamina improvement due to the hole in the center of the tip. However, this comes with the detriment of even less grip to the stadium floor than Flat, as well as increased fragility. The hole will eventually wear after use, reducing its grip further.
Overall
Hole Flat has been overshadowed by countless other Attack Type Performance Tips such as Rubber Flat (RF), Right Rubber Flat (R2F), and Extreme Flat (XF).
As such, Hole Flat is recommended for collection purposes only.
