Metal Ball or MB is a Performance Tip released by Takara Tomy as part of the Hybrid Wheel System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the Beyblade Deck Attack & Defense Set on August 7, 2010, and in western countries in December 2011 with the release of the B-121 Poison Zurafa S130MB Starter Pack.
Description
Metal Ball (MB) is a variation of Ball, with its bottom surface made of metal. It has a wide surface area and heavy weight, making it a very versatile tip. The metal surface provides the low friction needed for longer endurance. However, its lack of traction makes it very easy to knockout and destabilize.
