Blade - Phoenix Wing
- Main article: Blade - Phoenix Wing
Soar Phoenix (Japanese: PhoenixWing) is a three-sided Attack Type Blade with three blades acting as the main contact points. At the time of writing, Phoenix Wing, along with another painted "Metal Coat" Blade Cobalt Drake, is the heaviest Blade at an average weight of 38.0 grams. The Gear Chip features the phoenix spreading its wings.
The three blades slope upwards, creating Upper Attack. At the start of each of the three blades is a protruding "Launcher Hook" - unlike other Blades, Phoenix Wing's Launcher Hooks protrude past the perimeter of the Blade, creating contact points. When lined up with the three larger protrusions of the 9-60 Ratchet, this creates "Attack Points" with high amounts of Smash Attack.
At 38.0 grams, Phoenix Wing is heavier than most Defense and Stamina Blades, and is the heaviest Attack Blade at the time of writing. Combined with its aggressive shape, Phoenix Wing is highly versatile, and can be used on flat Bits such as Low Flat (LF) and Rush (R) for a powerful Attack combination, or on Bits such as Ball (B) and Needle (N) for Balance combinations. Alternatively, Point (P) and Taper (T) have been popular alternatives as well for Attack combinations. At the time of writing, Phoenix Wing and the Rush Bit have been heavily used together in B4 and WBO tournaments.
Ratchet - 9-80

The 9-80 Ratchet features 9 identical protrusions at a 8.0 millimeter height.
Bit - Disc Ball
- Main article: Bit - Disc Ball
Disc Ball or DB is a Stamina Type Bit and successor to the original Ball. As the name suggests, Disc Ball features a ball tip that provides a large area for contacting the Stadium floor, creating high Stamina. The hemispherical shape allows a Disc Ball combination to stay in the center of the Stadium. In addition, Disc Ball features a ring that is intended to force a Disc Ball combination back into an upright position after being knocked off balance. The smooth perimeter of the ring also provides minor Life-After-Death (LAD) potential. The addition of the ring also makes Disc Ball a taller Bit than the standard height.
