Poison is a Fusion Wheel similar to Dark, Mad, and Heat with better Smash Attack caused by the larger gap between the spikes. It has a number of fifteen blades in total. On this bey, it has a dark purple recolor. Poison's gaps allow it to use up large amounts of recoil, making this fusion wheel one not to be used frequently.

S130 is a special Track with a ring around the Track's core. This Track was designed originally to be the largest Track in width so it could absorb hits, and to reduce recoil, but BD145 is wider and absorbs hits more effectively. However, you can't use the exclusive Boost Mode so BD145 is not recommended with Jade.

S130 is a rare height, as there are only a few Tracks with the same height: WA130 and 130, but this height is relatively pointless, and does not offer many advantages except Balance.

This Track can be used in a useful combo MF Gravity Perseus S130RF/LF/MF/LRF/R2F, which with the multi rotation of Gravity, and the over hanging of the Metal Wheel, this combo can take out most low heighted Beys, as well as the S130 height taking out higher Beys. If this Bey comes into contact with a low height Attack combo, S130 should be able to reduce the recoil. It is outclassed by BD145 (if used with Hell), UW145. SW145, and TR145. Poison Giraffe is the first Beyblade to use this track.

Metal Ball, is a variation of Ball that as it's name implies, is made of metal. It is the heaviest Performance Tip known. The metal allows for very low friction with the Stadium floor, while it's ball-shape allows for maximum contact with the Stadium floor, increasing friction and making it harder to knock out. This in turn has it stay in the central areas of the Stadium, and being a ball made of metal, it gives it a balanced amount of friction. Due to this, MB has found use in Defense-Type customizations and some Stamina-Type ones. It is overall a great Tip for Defense and Stamina and is black in colour.

Poison Zurafa S130MB (Known as Poison Giraffe S130MB in Japan) is a Defense-Type Beyblade originally released in the Attack and Defense Set. It was released separately by Hasbro. This Beyblade has recommended parts, specifically S130 and MB.

Face Bolt: Zurafa

Zurafa Facebolt

The Face Bolt depicts a Qilin. The Qilin or Kirin/Kyrin, was a mystical hooved Chinese chimerical creature known throughout East Asian cultures. It is a good omen that brings "rui" (serenity or prosperity) and is often depicted with fire all over its body. The design is a green Qilin with "GIRAFFE" across it.

Energy Ring: Zurafa

Main article: Energy Ring - Zurafa

Zurafa is an elliptical Energy Ring featuring a scale-like relief on its interior, an opaque flame-like design along the points of the ellipse, and a small protrusion on either side. Zurafa’s uneven weight distribution and non-circular shape cause it to be outclassed by Gasher, Cygnus, and Darkhelm for Stamina and Defense. While one might guess that it pairs well with several Attack-type Fusion Wheels due to revealing or putting weight behind their contact points, this is only the case for the outclassed Vulcan Fusion Wheel, and Zurafa does not perform well on the more powerful Flash when compared to Scorpio, Orion, and Gemios.

Fusion Wheel: Poison

Main article: Fusion Wheel - Poison

Poison has fifteen rectangular protrusions on its circumference, each the same size and about 4 mm apart at the widest point. While this is not wide enough to provide useful Smash Attack, it still produces relatively large amounts of Recoil, making this part useless for Defense or Stamina. Furthermore, similar to Flame, the Metal Wheel is raised at the base, exposing the Track to opposing Beys, making it even less useful for Defense purposes.

Spin Track: Shield 130 (S130)

Main article: Spin Track - S130

Shield 130 (S130) is a Spin Track with a horizontal disk attached to its center. This disk consists of eight "arms" linked by plastic, forming an imperfect circle. Shield 130 is lighter than Spin Tracks like Boost Disk 145 and Gravity Ball 145, and thus are outclassed for Defense combinations. However, this Spin Track has found use in Attack combinations where it can add weight without getting in the way of contact points. Its medium height also allows it to score hits on higher Spin Tracks of opposing Beys.

Performance Tip: Metal Ball (MB)

Main article: Performance Tip - MB

Metal Ball (MB) is a variation of Ball, with its bottom surface made of metal. It has a wide surface area and heavy weight, making it a very versatile tip. The metal surface provides the low friction needed for longer endurance. However, its lack of traction makes it very easy to knockout and destabilize. It is recommended to wear it down before using it in competitive situations.

Trivia

  • Poison Zurafa is the first Beyblade to have MB (the second being L-Drago Guardian S130MB) and used to be the only Beyblade to have S130 until Jade Jupiter S130RB and L-Drago Guardian S130MB came out.
  • Out of the entire Beyblade Deck Set: Attack & Defense, Poison Zurafa was the only Bey that did not make an anime appearance.
  • Jade Jupiter S130RB's Performance Tip is similar to this Beyblade Performance Tip but it is made out of rubber.
