Destined is a QS Blade released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System and the QuadStrike System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Light Ignite Battle Set.
Description
Hasbro's Destined is a right-spin Attack Type QS Blade based on Takara Tomy's Divine BU Blade with the H Gear and A Gear Evolution Gears attached. As such, it visually resembles the H Gear's plastic Armor with similar red, blue, and purple coloring, and has three small protrusions resembling the blades of the A Gear. However, despite these additions, Destined is largely unchanged from Hasbro's Divine QS Blade, with the same weight and performance. The three small main "wings" are too short and stubby, and do not protrude enough to be viable contact points.
While intended for Attack combinations, Destined has poor performance against Opposite-Spin opponents and mediocre performance against Same-Spin opponents. Unlike Takara Tomy's Divine BU Blade, Destined cannot use a metal Armor, severely reducing weight. Furthermore, the light weight of Destined means it is prone to Bursts. Consequently, Destined is too light to be used competitively, and is outclassed by other Layers.

Hasbro's Destined is too light to be competitive in the current metagame.
