Hasbro's Lightning is a right-spin Stamina Type QS Blade with a round shape reminiscent of the Orichalcum O3 Layer's design. The design of Lightning also features two orbs on either side and a total of four lightning bolts, akin to the design of Orichalcum O3. Due to its round shape, Lightning is best suited for Stamina Combinations. However, it is lighter than other Stamina-use QS Blades such as Gambit, and is thus outclassed. Furthermore, while Lightning displays average Stamina performance against Same-Spin opponents, it has noticeably poor performance in Opposite-Spin matchups. Like other QD and QS Blades, Lightning can switch between Apex and Core Modes by swapping the position of the Gravity Ring from the top of the QS Blade (Apex) to below it (Core).
Lightning is one of four "elemental" QS Blades, being the Stamina Type QS Blade associated with the Lightning Element. The other elemental QS Blades are: Tidal (Attack Type and Water Element), Twister (Defense Type and Wind Element), and Flame (Balance Type and Fire Element).
