Ranzo Kiyama (ランゾー・キヤマ, Ranzō Kiyama; Ranzo Kiyama) is the tritagonist of the anime/manga series, Beyblade Burst QuadDrive. He is the cousin of Rantaro and Ranjiro Kiyama and fought alongside his Beyblade, Glide Roktavor Wheel Revolve 1S, until it was accidentally destroyed by Bel Daizora, who helped him evolve it into Cyclone Roktavor Giga Never-6.
In Beyblade Burst QuadStrike, Ranzo returned as the season's tritagonist and continues to join Bel on his adventures, still fighting alongside his Cyclone Roktavor.
Appearance
Ranzo is a tall boy with tanned skin, orange eyes, blonde hair styled in an upward spiral, and three bandage strips: a tan one on his nose and a white one on each cheek. His attire consists of an orange T-shirt with a white "R" outlined in red in the center and brown ends of the sleeves, a green bandana around his neck, orange sunglasses on his forehead, a red sleeveless jacket, light-blue shorts with black triangular sections, and a red and yellow pair of high-top shoes.
Like Rantaro and Ranjiro, Ranzo has a habit of sucking on a lollipop, but his is blue and yellow.
Personality
Ranzo is a boy of high energy. He is very friendly and enthusiastic, mostly when it comes to Beybattles. Ranzo's friendliness and way of communication causes other people to consider him annoying.
He can be too overreactive sometimes, especially when he wins or loses a battle. A notable example is when he spun Bashara out of joy and danced after winning against Bel in episode 7.
Ranzo also cares most for his amigos, especially Bashara and Bel. This is further evidenced by finding Bashara when he disappeared, crying for him after listening to Bashara's plead to battle Bel, and the fact that he always choose him to practice with him. Ranzo's concern for Bel is further shown when he is cheering for the latter, as well as feeling sad for him when Destruction Belfyre is shattered and the Gates of Hell are closed. He, along with Hannah, came in to help Bel revive Belfyre and has been with Bel's side until now.
Like Rantaro and Ranjiro, he also bites his lollipop when fired up, notably when he saw Bel creating the V Gear.

Beyblade Burst QuadDrive
Ranzo is introduced in Graveyard of Beys! The Gates of Hell!, after being inspired by Bel's battle with Lui, Ranzo challenge Bel Daizora and his new Bey, Destruction Belfyre to a battle ending with Bel's Belfyre destroying his Glide Roktavor with Destruction Wrecker by accident. To make up for accidentally destroying Glide Roktavor, Bel helps Ranzo evolve his broken Bey into Cyclone Roktavor. During their rematch, Ranzo beats Bel with Double Winged Cyclone, making Bel genuinely angry at his loss.
In episode 5, after witnessing Belfyre's High Mode, Ranzo challenge Bashara Suiro and his new Bey, Demise Spellscraper to a battle with Ragnaruk in its High Mode. but is surprised as his bey runs out of stamina as Demise Spellscraper wins with a Survival Finish. He later rematch Bel once again with both of their Beys in High Mode, however Ranzo lost to a Burst Finish, resulting in Bel's overall victory.
In The Demon King Flies Onto the World Stage!", Ranzo and his friends travel to Spain and he challenge Free De La Hoya and his new QuadDrive Bey, Vanish Fafnir to a battle and was surprised when Free places Fafnir in the center of the stadium, uses the spin of Ragnaruk to jumpstart its spin, however in retaliation Ranzo uses Double Winged Cyclone to counter Free's Drain Spin. However Fafnir survives Ranzo's special move, and Free use the rubber on the Vanish Blade to cause a Slow Motion Burst Finish.

- Lightning Launch: When a Blader has achieved complete synchronization with his Beyblade, the Launcher will illuminate and sparkle, granting the bey a temporary increase in speed and power.

- Roaring Tornado: While spinning at great speed, Glide Roktavor generates a cyclone with its Ring, increasing its own speed at an even greater force.
- Super Tornado: Rotating at an even higher speed, Glide Roktavor channels its momentum to its wings to generate an upward force and create an even larger tornado with energy blades.
- Double Winged Cyclone: Just like Roktavor Storm, Roktavor Typhoon, and Glide Tornado, Cyclone Roktavor uses the stamina wings on its Cyclone Blade to generate a cyclone to protect itself from the opposing Beyblade.
- Double Winged Cyclone Grande: Just like its predecessor, Double Winged Cyclone, Cyclone Roktavor uses the stamina wings on its Cyclone Blade to generate a stronger cyclone to protect itself, increasing Roktavor's defensive capabilities and making it easier to catch its opponents.
- Ultimate Whip Mega: After Roktavor activates Double Winged Cyclone Grande, Ultimate Valtryek enters the cyclone to charge its attack power and speed and then jumps out to strike the opposing Beyblades with Ultimate Whip V, causing massive damage.

- This is likely because his name is not natively written in Japanese; Ranzo's last name "Kiyama" is written in Katakana (キヤマ) rather than in Kanji (黄山).
