9-70 (ナインセブンティー, Nain Sebuntī) is a Ratchet released by Takara Tomy as part of the Unique Line system. It debuted in Japan with the release of the UX-07 PhoenixRudder Deck Set on August 10th, 2024. It later debuted in western countries with the release of Hasbro's Custom Line Starter Pack, Brush Fox J 9-70GR.
