The Ripcord Launcher is a Launcher released as part of the Burst Series by Hasbro. The Ripcord Launcher was included with every Starter Pack released in the Burst Series toyline.

Overall
Six variants exist, with each new system getting a revision of the Ripcord Launcher. The original Right-Spin and Left-Spin variants do not have a stopper, and thus have free-spinning prongs. Beginning with SwitchStrike Starter Packs, Ripcord Launchers are now Dual-Spin, and include a ripcord with a handle similar to the one included with Takara Tomy's Light Launcher. Ripcord Launchers feature a locking system on both ends that allow other launchers to be attached. This feature was partially removed from the SpeedStorm variant onward, with only the right side retaining the locking mechanism. In addition, the QuadDrive variant has a locking point that allows Armor Tips to be attached for storage.
