Roar Fafnir 00 Revolve-2 (ロアファブニル・ダブルオー・ラリボルブ-2, Roa Fabunīru Daburuō Riboribu-2) is a Stamina Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It was released on Japan on June 26th, 2021 for 1232円 as one of six possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 26.

DB Core - Fafnir

Main article: DB Core - Fafnir

Takara Tomy's Fafnir is a left-spin DB Core that features a dragon and two claws grasping orbs, akin to its predecessors. The design represents the DB Core's namesake, Fafnir, a dwarf turned into a dragon in Norse and Germanic mythology. Fafnir does not offer any particular advantages over other left-spin DB Cores such as Bahamut, which has high Burst Resistance, or Longinus, which has a heavy weight. Thus it is recommended to use the aforementioned DB Cores over Fafnir.

Blade - Roar

Main article: Blade - Roar (Takara Tomy)

Takara Tomy's Roar is a left-spin Defense Type Blade with a gimmick similar to its predecessors in the "Bahamut" Layer line. As the Roar combination begins to lose "clicks" and progresses through the Lock towards Bursting, two protrusions are pushed outwards, changing Roar's initial elliptical shape into a rounder circular shape. In practice, the useful circular shape cannot be consistently used. Despite its Defense Type classification, Roar does not perform particularly well in Defense combinations, instead being used in Stamina combinations. Roar has generally worse Same-Spin Stamina than Vanish, with moderate Opposite-Spin Stamina performance. Roar is best used on wide Opposite-Spin Stamina Drivers such as Drift.

Armor - 2

Main article: Armor - 2

Takara Tomy's 2 is an Armor with two pointed ends opposite to each other. The two-sided shape has an even weight distribution at two opposite points to increase Attack.

Forge Disc - 00

Main article: Forge Disc - 00

00 is a symmetrical, elliptical disc that can facilitate a Disc Frame. 00 is the heaviest Core Disc, outclassing 0 by 1 gram, and has an ideal weight distribution for all Combinations. Its high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) grants it not only the highest Stamina potential out of all other Core Discs, but its weight grants it high Attack and Defense potential. With the use of Disc Frames, 00 can be used to great effect in any Combination. While the weight can increase the risk of Bursts, the weight of most Layers released in the SwitchStrike/God Layer Systems and onward can compensate.

Performance Tip - Revolve

Main article: Performance Tip - Revolve

Revolve features a sharp tip of a small diameter surrounded by a free spinning ring. The sharp tip of Revolve provides low friction with the stadium floor, resulting in high Stamina and Burst Defense properties. While the small diameter of the sharp tip may imply easy Destabilization, the wide diameter of the free spinning ring helps maintain Stability. The wide diameter of the ring also provides Revolve high Precession time which is useful against Opposite-Spin and Mobile Stamina Combinations. Furthermore, when launched at an angle, the free spinning ring of Revolve makes more contact with the stadium floor resulting in decent Knock-Out Resistance, however said Knock-Out Resistance still lags behind that of Orbit and Atomic due to the lower surface area and some Beyblades that are off center are easier to Burst.

Hasbro later reprinted Takara Tomy's B-36 release in the Pro Series Heaven Pegasus 10Proof Low Sen Starter Pack, albeit with weaker plastic.
