Salamander S4 13 Blow', known as Hell Salamander 13 Blow' (ヘルサラマンダー・サーティーン・ブロウダッシュ, Heru Saramandā Sātīn Burou Dasshu) in Japan, is an Attack Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Cho-Z Layer System. It was released in Japan on December 27th, 2018 for 993円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 13 Air Knight.12E.Et.

Forge Disc - 13

Main article: Forge Disc - 13

13, like most other odd numbered Core Discs, is asymmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features four protrusions with molding to create the shape of a "13" with one side featuring a greater number of molding lines, though too shallow to create any noticeable imbalance. While the aggressive design of the Disc may imply high Burst potential from Disc-to-Layer contact, due to the fact that most Burst Performance Tips are of the same or very similar heights, such contact is rare. Compared to other Core Discs, 13 is one of the lightest, even lighter than 6. This light weight severely hinders 13's Attack, Defense and Stamina potential and while the light weight would create high Burst Resistance, the heavy weight of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System and the Cho-Z Layer System makes the use of lightweight Discs for Burst Resistance obsolete.

Performance Tip - Blow'

Main article: Performance Tip - Blow'

Blow', like Accel, features a flat plastic tip, albeit at a smaller diameter. This smaller diameter is designed to bring the Beyblade towards the center faster to strike the opponent at a much faster rate than Accel and conserve greater Stamina. While these effects do occur, they are hampered by the shape of the tip. Unlike other flat tips, Blow''s tip is taller and shaped in the form of a cone rather than a short straight cylinder. This shape means that Blow' becomes very easily Destabilized and liable to floor scrapes.

Like other Dash Performance Tips, Blow' features a stronger spring lock, increasing the Performance Tip's Burst Resistance.
