Spiral Treptune T4 0Lift Volcanic, known as Screw Trident 0Lift Volcanic (スクリュートライデント・ゼロリフト・ボルカニック, Sukuryū Toraidento Zero Rifuto Borukanikku) in Japan, is an Attack Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the God Layer System. It was released in Japan on July 14th, 2018 for 993円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 11 Vise Leopard .12L.Ds.

Energy Layer - Spiral Treptune T4

Main article: Energy Layer - Spiral Treptune T4

Hasbro's Spiral Treptune T4 is a Stamina Type Energy Layer based on Takara Tomy's Screw Trident Layer, featuring three large blades to create an overall triangular shape. Despite being based on a God Layer System Energy Layer, Spiral Treptune T4 is instead part of the SlingShock System rather than the SwitchStrike System, and thus lacks the rubber for the "Bound Defense" gimmick of its Takara Tomy counterpart. Although the effects of this gimmick were negligible, the removal of the rubber reduces the Layer's weight by 4 grams, increasing its already high recoil and Burst risk.

Forge Disc - 0

Main article: Forge Disc - 0

0 is a symmetrical Forge Disc that's elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features one protrusion, each wide and smooth enough to almost make the Forge Disc perfectly circular if not for the notches needed to add a Disc Frame and a molded "0" on each side. The protrusions extend further and are thicker than most other Forge Discs which makes 0 one of the heaviest Forge Discs and implies high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina potential. In reality however, more weight is focused towards the center, which creates Centralized Weight Distribution (CWD) that reduces its Stamina to that of 2's. As such, 0 is outclassed by 7 for Stamina Combinations but 0's greater weight makes it ideal for Attack and Defense Combinations. Furthermore, the round shape of 0 creates high Life-After-Death, even without the use of Disc Frames such as Cross. While the weight can increase the risk of Bursts, the weight of most SwitchStrike/God Layers and Cho-Z Layers can compensate.

Disc Frame - Lift

Main article: Disc Frame - Lift

Lift is a thick Frame with numerous protrusions to give it a rough perimeter. The thickness of the Frame is meant to accommodate Lift's gimmick; the Frame can be flipped to expose a different perimeter for an "Attack Mode" and a "Defense Mode", akin to Zero-G Beyblade's SA160 track.

Lift's "Defense Mode" features a round perimeter akin to Bump which is meant to parry hits from the opponent and reduce recoil during Disc-to-Layer contact while Lift's "Attack Mode" features a perimeter akin to Under which is meant to increase Burst Attack during Disc-to-Layer contact. However, due to most Burst Performance Tips being of the same or very similar heights, such contact is rare. Despite the ineffective gimmick, Lift's size makes it the heaviest Frame at the time of writing, heavier than Bump, which grants high Attack potential when paired with Core Discs such as 7, 10 and 0.

However, Lift's size also makes it a severe scrape and Stamina risk, making it difficult to achieve banking patterns and making Stationary Combinations scrape even at relatively high spin velocities. Even on Destroy Combinations, where Destroy's design would prevent tipping over, this risk is still heavily present. Furthermore, both modes have perimeters too rough to add Life-After-Death, further exacerbating the Stamina issue further.

Performance Tip - Volcanic

Main article: Performance Tip - Volcanic

Volcanic features a tilting, free rotating flat tip with a textured design, akin to a smaller Hold

Like Hold, the wide surface area of the plate makes Volcanic one of the more aggressive and faster tips in the game. While this level of speed implies that a Beyblade using this Tip would be in danger of Self-Knock-Outs, the friction given by the textured ring allows Volcanic to stay on the Tornado Ridge, the free-spinning nature and smaller diameter of the tip mitigates its speed to more controllable levels and the tilting aspect of the tip provides Stability to prevent the Beyblade from tipping over and allows more of the textured ring to contact the stadium and the Tornado Ridge. While the smaller diameter makes it easier to maintain a banking pattern with Volcanic than with Hold, the pattern still breaks very quickly.

Due to Volcanic's design, the speed of the Performance Tip can vary as some Volcanic tips spin more freely than others, the more the tip spins freely, the more Stamina it has and the easier it is to control, but at the cost of speed.

Volcanic is slightly taller than most other tips. This height difference would, in theory, increase the rate of Disc-to-Layer contact and Burst the opponent. However, due to the height of most Layers and the minimal difference in height, such contact is rare.

Due to the identical mechanism and similar shape, Volcanic would also perform well in Spin-Equalization Combinations as the free-spinning nature and tilting plate of Volcanic would allow for excellent Spin-Equalization potential while also granting the Precession and Life-After-Death needed to win such matches. However, the smaller diameter mitigates Volcanic's Life-After-Death potential and the greater height prevents the rubber of Drain Fafnir or Spriggan Requiem to make contact with the opponent.
