Spark Knight (スパークナイト, Supaaku naito) is the sixth Beyblade ever released.

Colour Variation

Takara released this Beyblade in clear yellow, while the Hasbro release had some copying the Takara release while others used opaque yellow plastic.

Bit Chip(BC): Spark Knight

The bit features a bit-chip from Jisedai Begoma Battle Beyblade.

It has no relation to the "Knight series" of bits featured in Beyblade Fighting Tournament related blades "Knight Dragoon", "Knight Dranzer", "Knight Driger" or "Knight Draciel".

Attack Ring (AR): Try Cutter

Weight Disk (WD): Balance

Main article: Weight Disk - Balance

At 14 grams, the Balance WD has a weight which is between that of Wide and Heavy WDs. It is six-sided with average weight distribution, and in theory would be used for both Defense and Endurance purposes. That being said, there are numerous other options which are better for those types, and even Combination types which also in theory would benefit from this type of WD have much better choices (such as Ten Heavy). Ten Balance is the heaviest out of all of the Balance weight disks, and generally speaking, is chosen over the others when customizing. Due to the light weight, there is no competitive use.

Blade Base (BB): Sharp

Main article: Blade Base - Sharp
  • Weight: 8 grams

This is often considered the predecessor of SG Sharp. The pointed tip of this BB allows for very little friction between the Beyblade and the Stadium surface which helps maintain high spin velocity. This offers very little movement and as such offers no Attack potential. This part is also often thrown off balance and can be easily toppled over. This in turn sacrifices all Defense ability. BB Sharp is highly outclassed and useless in competitive play.

Overall

Spark Knight is useless for competitive play and has been entirely outclassed by numerous other releases. This Beyblade is only worth buying for collection purposes.

Trivia

  • This is a Beyblade that is assigned to Kai, however, on the boxart of the Japanese version Kai's colour scheme is different. He is blonde haired with green trousers, instead of blue-haired with blue trousers.
