It is succeeded by Solar Sphinx S5 6 Jagged-H.

Energy Layer - Sphinx S4[]

Main article: Energy Layer - Sphinx S4

Hasbro's Sphinx S4 is an Attack Type Layer that consists of six small blades. The design consists of a letter "S" adorning the head of an Egyptian sphinx, a mythical creature from Egyptian mythology.

Forge Disc - 6[]

Main article: Forge Disc - 6

6, like other even numbered Core Discs, is symmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features three, loop shaped protrusions. 6's overall shape resembles that of 7's which implies the same weight distribution ideal for Attack. However, 6 is hindered by its relatively light weight caused by the thinness of the protrusions and the four large holes in the center of the Core Disc where the Performance Tip is meant to sit. While 6 is still heavier than normal Forge Discs such as Heavy and Gravity, numerous other Core Discs such as 2, 4, 5 and 7 are far heavier with better weight distributions.

Performance Tip - Accel-S[]

Main article: Performance Tip - Accel-S

Accel-S, as its name implies, is a SlingShock Performance Tip based off of Accel. However, unlike the original Accel, Accel-S is slightly taller and it features two gaps on either side of its cylinder base, which is meant for the activation of its "SlingShock Mode". As a part of the SlingShock System, Accel-S can be manually altered to switch between "Battle Ring Mode" and "SlingShock Mode"; in this case, by twisting the tip clockwise, pulling it downwards, and twisting the tip clockwise again, and vice-versa.
