Spin Steal, as the name suggests, is a move that generally "steals" spin from the opposing Bey, and it can also slow down the rate of spin loss. It is usually a left-spin Beyblade against a right-spin Beyblade, but a few right-spin Beyblades can Spin Steal, such as Fusion Hades. This is because Fusion the 4D Fusion Wheel has rubber incorporated within its design, amplifying the ability to spin steal. This technique is mainly used to obtain more Stamina or have, more or less, an equal amount of spin.

Meteo L-Drago LW105LF was the first bey to have the spin stealing technique. This can be done also with Fusion Hades AD145SWD, L-Drago Destructor F:S, and Rock Zurafa R145WB (since they all have rubber incorporated within their design) or any left-spin Beyblade, like Lightning L-Drago 100HF. Recommended combos would be MF-H Meteo L-Drago GB145EDS (Balance), or MF Meteo L-Drago 85RDF (Balance).
