Stamina is a Beyblade type. It used to be called Endurance during the first generation. It deals with out-lasting the opponent in spinning. Stamina-types are usually higher than other Beyblades and have sharper performance tips. The only thing wrong with sharp Performance Tips are bad balance, which many Stamina-types face. There are three types of Stamina-types: Low, High, and Ultra high. Plus, most weight is on the outside to help with centrifugal force.

Earth Bull 105WD is a good low Stamina-Type. It is low for good Balance, but just high enough not to scrape the floor at all with WD.

Earth Bull 145WD is a high stamina type, but it should only be used against Ultra high beyblades (195+ height)

Earth Bull 230D is an ultra high stamina type, D doesn't lose a lot of stamina and moves a lot, but it only just keeps it up, like SD on lower heights, but it acts more like WD on 145.

Burn Bull B:D has good stamina. Bearing Drive (B:D) can spin for a long time and stabilizes itself.

Phantom Fireblaze TH170WD has amazing stamina. and the TH170 spin track can change to accomidate to the opponent's height.

A good Beyblade for Stamina is Basalt Bull TH170D. In 170 mode the track can counter 230, and in 220 mode it can counter 85, 90 and sometimes 100. Also, against 145, you can use 170 mode, and tip it forward, or you can tip it forward a lot, if you have an aggresive launch. In 195 mode, it will use Basalt's hidden attack to its advantage.

It has advantages to Defense Types, as Defense Beyblades have moderate Stamina. There is only one flaw with that: Defense in the Beyblade may be major enough to provide attack, which Stamina-types have a hard time dealing with since their Fusion/Metal Wheels are lighter than other wheels.
