Energy Layer - Storm Pegasis
- Main article: Energy Layer - Storm Pegasis
Takara Tomy's Storm Pegasis is an Energy Layer that adapts the Pegasis I Face Bolt, Pegasis I Energy Ring, and Storm Fusion Wheel of the Metal Series' Hybrid Wheel System for the Burst System. As such it resembles the general shape of these parts, with a three-winged design that features moderate Smash Attack. The three parts are noninterchangeable and combined into a single piece. The Pegasis I motif adorns the center of the Energy Layer, with the words "Hybrid" and "Wheel" featured on the sides, referencing the Hybrid Wheel System. Compared to the original parts, the Storm Pegasis Energy Layer is noticeably wider - the "Fusion Wheel" portion of the Energy Layer is made of plastic, with metal lining the circumference.
Forge Disc - Drake
- Main article: Forge Disc - Drake
Drake consists of two parts, a plastic part riveted to a metal part. This produces a four-sided shape, with two sides that are engraved with dragon heads, being bigger than the others. Drake is intended to interact with the Zwei Base, as after clicks, the metal dragon heads of Drake line up with those of Zwei. However, this does not provide much benefit to combinations using the Zwei Layer Base, as any such combo would rather use the heavier Sting or Blitz. Furthermore, Drake has a scraping risk, as the plastic on it hangs downwards. It also does not provide an ideal weight distribution for any other Layer to use it effectively.
Performance Tip - High Survive
- Main article: Performance Tip - High Survive
Takara Tomy's High Survive is a High Driver variant of Survive, featuring a taller height than the standard Performance Tip. High Survive is a Performace Tip with a low-angled cone shape protruding from a cylinder. As a result, while it is overpowered by some Heavy Defense Combinations, it has still shown to be useful in Stamina-based Burst Combinations.
However, it can also be used as a Defense Performance Tip in absence of better ones, and while it is outclassed, its shape helps it rebound from attacks and prevent Knock-Outs. While good ball-shaped or rubber sharp Performance Tips lack in Beyblade Burst, High Survive has enough Stability to take hits without losing all balance and Precessing too early like sharper tips.
