Super Hyperion Giga Metal Dimension 4A (スーパーハイペリオン・ギガ・メタルディメンション・4A, Sūpā Haiperion Giga Metaru Dimenshon 4A) is a Balance Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It was released on Japan on March 19th, 2022 for 1540円 as one of five possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 28.

Superking Chip - Hyperion

Takara Tomy's Hyperion 2[1] (or simply Hyperion) is a right-spin Superking Chip that features a side profile of the Superking Chip's namesake, Hyperion, an epithet used by Helios, the god of the sun in Greek mythology. It is the second of two Hyperion Superking Chips. Hyperion 2 is one of five Superking Chips to feature metal. Of the four right-spin Superking Chips to feature metal, Hyperion 2 and Solomon are the only ones that are compatible with a Metal Chip Core. However, since Solomon is heavier than Hyperion 2, Solomon is generally better, although Hyperion 2 can also be used.

Ring - Super

Main article: Ring - Super

Takara Tomy's Super is a right-spin Attack Type Ring that features six blades (a big blade and a medium blade molded together on each side followed by a small blade) that are angled downwards, creating a high recoil shape. As part of the Superking Layer System, Super is compatible with any right-spin or dual-spin Superking Chip and Chassis.

The angled contact points improve its Upper Attack Potential by allowing it to knock the opponent's Layer upwards when colliding, which increases the chances of it knocking out the opponent. To withstand the force of its own attacks, the Super Ring has a thick underside that holds itself and the Superking Chip that's attached a bit higher than the Chassis, which exposes the teeth on the Chassis appropriately, granting great Burst Resistance. Due to the good shape and high Burst Resistance, Super performs well in Attack Combinations.

The contact points on the Super Ring are aggressive, so it may be liable to chipping and denting. If one is fearful of possible performance changes or simply dislikes the damaged appearance, they may want to own multiple copies of this Ring.

Super is designed to line up well with the 1A Chassis, which further increases its Attack Potential and Burst Resistance. However, the 2A Chassis allows it to deliver stronger attacks due to the large rubber blades sticking out and increases the combination's overall LAD by a lot.

Chassis - 4A

4A, also known as 4-Attack, is a Chassis released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-176 Random Booster Vol. 23 on December 26th, 2020.

Description

A dual-spin Attack Type Single Chassis that raises the attack power with a hard lock and eccentric center of gravity performance with different weights on the left and right sides.
— Official Description

<onlyinclude>4A or 4-Attack is a dual-spin Attack Type Single Chassis with an asymmetrical design. As a Single Chassis, 4A, along with a Superking Chip and Ring, completes a Superking Layer that can be used with a Disc.

The 4A Chassis is intended to be used with the asymmetrical Hollow Ring, which aligns with the Weight Distribution of 4A. The left side of 4A is hollow, while the right side is filled in, creating an imbalanced combination. In other combinations, 4A and 1D are generally outclassed by the superior 1S.

Forge Disc - Giga

Giga is a symmetrical, octagon-shaped DB Disc, with high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD). The design is a homage to Gravity. It is one of the heaviest Discs available, and can be used in any combination. Its high Outward Weight Distribution gives it high Stamina, while its heavy weight gives it high Attack and Defense potential.

Performance Tip - Metal Dimension

A Balance Type Driver with improved performance with reinforced springs and a metal lock cap. By twisting the tip of the shaft, you can change the Driver's height and Attack and Defense movements.
— Official Description

Metal Dimension is the Metal Lock Driver version of the Dimension Performance Tip, featuring a Metal Lock and a stronger spring, increasing weight and Burst Resistance. The Metal Lock has shorter tabs than standard and Dash Locks, resulting in lower Burst Resistance, despite the stronger spring.

Like its normal counterpart, Metal Dimension has a manual height changing gimmick and a stepped spiral design around its perimeter, with a rubber sharp tip in its center. A notched ring around its rubber sharp tip can be rotated to increase the Performance Tip's height, as well as retracting and exposing the rubber sharp tip. There are three heights in total, and combined with the two settings for the rubber sharp tip (exposed or retracted), there are six configurations in total.
