— Official Description

Longinus is a left-spin Superking Chip that features a dragon head, which is based on the design of its predecessor, the Bloody Longinus Layer.[1] The design represents the Superking Chip's namesake, the Lance of Longinus from Christian folklore. Longinus has an average weight for Superking Chips, and is thus outclassed by the heavier Helios 2, which has metal, and Spriggan, which has the versatility of dual-spin capabilities. Since the differences between most Superking Chips is only cosmetic, it is recommended to use the aforementioned Helios 2 and Spriggan over Superking Chips like Longinus, as they offer additional advantages.

Overall

While Superking Layers can still find some use in this format, other Superking Chips are preferable over Longinus, as they offer additional advantages.

As such, Longinus is not recommended for the Burst Format.

Longinus is not legal in the Burst GT Format.

Longinus is not legal in the Burst Limited Format.

Longinus is not legal in the Burst Classic Format.
