The X, known as the X Tower (X(エックス)タワー, Ekkusu Tawā) in Japan, is a location in the Beyblade X anime and manga. The 2 towers are named Slash Tower (スラッシュタワー, Surasshu Tawā) and Solidus Tower (ソリダスタワー, Soridasu Tawā).

A second X Tower is then constructed by the Cross Corporation, known as the True X Tower (真(しん)・X(エックス)タワー, Shin Ekkusu Tawā).

Appearance

The X features 100 floors on both towers. The Slash Tower and the Solidus Tower intersect to form an "X", hence the name of the tower. At the 100th floor, the ceiling can be opened up during the title match.

Biography

Located in Xenon City, The X serves as the gathering place for Pro Bladers who are part of the Pro League. There are 2 towers and 100 total floors in each tower. The final and 100th floor is known as The Peak (Japanese: The Top), where the current champions can be challenged.

Between the two towers, the Slash Tower favor flashy battle styles focusing on Xtreme Dashes and high ratings from the audience while the Solidus Tower strives for strength and the fundamentals, exalting Survivor Finishes above all others. However, Pro Bladers transferring between both towers are allowed to continue from the same floor as previous.

Events

• This is where teams at similar floors battle against each other to advance to a higher floor.
• This is where Pro Bladers must pass Warden's Test to advance to the upper floors of the tower by beating or outlasting Warden's Gale Wyvern 5-80GB under 30 seconds.
• This is where the Shuffle Battle Fest is held, with the first place team in the team votes battle against Team Dreams which consists of the top 3 bladers from the individual vote before advancing to the Title Match.
• This is where exhibition matches are held.
• This is where the title match against the champion team is held at the 100th floor of the tower.
• This is where the champion teams from both Slash Tower and Solidus Tower are able to challenge each other for the overall champion at the X.

• The Xtreme Stadiums used for both towers are different.
  • The Slash Tower uses a green Xtreme Stadium with red "X-Celerator Rail" ("Xtreme Line").
  • The Solidus Tower uses a black Xtreme Stadium with yellow "X-Celerator Rail" ("Xtreme Line").
• Both the words "Slash" and "Solidus" refer to the slanting line punctuation marks (\) and (/).
• The True X Tower constructed by the Cross Corporation is one meter taller than the original X Tower.
