Ultimate Valkyrie Wing' Accel'-9 (アルティメットヴァルキリー・ウイングダッシュ・アクセルダッシュ-9, Arutimetto Varukirī Uingu Dasshu Akuseru Dasshu-9) is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It was released in Japan on November 12th, 2022 for 4150円 as apart of the Burst Ultimate VS Set.
It is the successor to Ultimate Valkyrie Legacy Variable'-9 in the toyline.
DB Core - Valkyrie

Takara Tomy's Valkyrie 2 (or simply Valkyrie) is a right-spin DB Core that features a side profile of an armored face with a stylized V adorning the helmet, based on one of its predecessors, the Victory Valkyrie Dual Layer.[1] This design represents the DB Core's namesake, valkyries, Odin's handmaidens in Norse mythology. The center of the DB Core is based on the Strike God Chip, which is found on the Strike God Valkyrie God Layer. The B-193 and B-205 releases have Valt Aoi's red cheek mark, first seen with the Valkyrie Superking Chip. Valkyrie 2 is the second of two Valkyrie DB Cores, and has above average Burst Resistance. Valkyrie 2 is generally outclassed by other right-spin DB Cores, which have additional advantages: for example, Kerbeus has greater Burst Resistance, while Dragon offers greater Stamina.
Blade - Ultimate

Takara Tomy's Ultimate is a right-spin Attack Type Blade with three V-shaped "wings" acting as the main contact points. The wings have rubber covering the contact points, which are meant to create Smash Attack. The overall shape of Ultimate is based on the original Valkyrie Layer, with detailing based on the Winning Valkyrie, rubber based on the Savior Blade, and "air duct" holes based on the Slash Blade. Compared to its predecessor in the Dynamite Battle Layer System, Takara Tomy's Ultimate has the same Attack capabilities due to its aggressive shape, but a reduction in runaway recoil, reducing the risk of Self-Bursts and Self-KOs. Over time, the rubber of Ultimate can wear down, until the plastic part of the wings become the main contact points. This results in a much greater amount of Smash Attack, but also a high amount of recoil.
Like all Blades, Ultimate can switch between Low and High Modes by swapping the position of the DB Core and the Armor.
Armor - 9

Takara Tomy's 9 is an Armor with a three-sided design featuring nine wing patterns, reminiscent of the Wing Forge Disc. Like the previously released 3 Armor, the three-sided shape works best with three-sided Blades such as Ultimate and Vanish, finding use in Attack and Stamina combinations.
Forge Disc - Wing'

Takara Tomy's Wing' is a DB Disc successor to the Wing Disc. As such, Wing' features a six-bladed design nearly identical to its predecessor. These blades are meant to create Upper Force in right-spin and Down Force in left-spin. However, in practice this effect is negligible and negatively affects the weight distribution of Wing'.
Performance Tip - Accel'

Accel' features a plastic flat tip with a small diameter and sits at the standard height. The center of the Driver also contains an embossed logo featuring a stylized letter "A" for easy differentiation from other Drivers. Due to the surface area, Accel' will create an aggressive, and if launched at an angle, somewhat easily controllable movement pattern. In terms of speed, Accel' is faster than Blow but is slower than Xtreme, capable of reaching and stalling on the Tornado Ridge. Due to the plastic construction, Accel' is an excellent choice for both Mobile Stamina and Attack/Stamina Balance Combinations. Furthermore, the solid construction also ensures that Accel' will not wear out like other Tips such as Xtreme nor be damaged like Zephyr.
However, Accel''s plastic construction is also a weakness as Attack Combinations using Accel' can lose their Banking Pattern somewhat easily, especially if the Combinations are unbalanced. Furthermore, the low friction means that Accel' is liable to Self-Knock-Outs.
Unlike its predecessor, Accel' features a much thicker spring in its locking mechanism, increasing Accel''s Burst Resistance.
