Vanish Longinus Nexus Moment-7 (バニッシュロンギヌス・ネクサス・モーメント-7, Banisshu Ronginusu Nekusasu Mōmento-7) is a Defense Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It was released on Japan on December 29th, 2021 for 1232円 as one of seven possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 27.

DB Core - Longinus

Takara Tomy's Longinus is a left-spin DB Core that features two metal dragon heads with lance details meant to invoke the DB Core's namesake, the Lance of Longinus from Christian folklore. The design is reminiscent of its predecessors, particularly of the Nightmare Longinus Layer and Longinus Gatinko Chip. Longinus features three Locks, including one extra thick Lock, creating high Burst Resistance. Longinus also has a gimmick: the DB Core has two metal dragon heads, making it the heaviest left-spin DB Core and the third heaviest DB Core overall. The heavy weight of the metal dragon heads generates high inertia which increases a Longinus combination's Knockout and Burst Attack potential.

Blade - Vanish

Takara Tomy's Vanish is a round Left-Spin Stamina Type Blade with three dragon heads akin to its predecessors in the Fafnir Energy Layer line. Like its predecessors, Vanish has a "F" formed by the area between each of the dragon heads, meant to represent Fafnir. Unlike other Blades, Vanish is completely made of rubber, which is intended to increase its Spin Steal capabilities by making all contact points rubber. Between each of the plastic dragon heads are flexible blades with holes that are intended for shock absorption; when an opponent collides with that particular section, the rubber flexes inwards, absorbing the impact. The thick round shape and rubber composition creates superb Stamina performance against both Same-Spin and Opposite-Spin opponents, which is further enhanced by its Spin Steal capabilities.

Like all Blades, Vanish can switch between Low and High Modes by swapping the position of the DB Core and the Armor.

Takara Tomy's 7 is an Armor with seven blades, with three on one side, and four on the other. This design creates an imbalanced weight distribution, which in theory increases Attack capabilities. In practice, this imbalance causes any combination using the 7 Armor to have lower Stamina, and can also disrupt Banking patterns for Attack combinations. Other Armors have shapes that offer greater synergy with particular Blades, and also have heavier weights, thus 7 cannot find a niche.

Forge Disc - Nexus

Takara Tomy's Nexus is a DB Disc with eight blades divided among an upper and lower section. Due to its shape, Nexus works best in Attack combinations.

Either the S Gear or D Gear Evolution Gear can be attached to Nexus, akin to a Core Disc with a Disc Frame. When the S Gear is set in its face-up position, the four tabs of the S Gear lock into four grooves on Nexus, becoming fixed in place. When set in its face-down position, there are no tabs and thus the S Gear can free-spin on Nexus. The D Gear slides a short distance when struck, repelling the opposing Beyblade.

Performance Tip - Moment

Moment is a Defense Type Performance Tip that features a ball shaped tip surrounded by a downwards facing dish that free spins, similar to Guard. Unlike Guard, Moment's dish can also tilt at an angle, in theory increasing Knock-Out (KO) Resistance. When hit, the tilting dish is intended to readjust itself to regain balance. If Moment is balanced, it features performance that can go up against meta Performance Tips such as High Xtend+'. However, if Moment is knocked off balance and unable to recover, it will Destabilize.

Notably, the B-194 and B-198 releases of Moment feature dishes that can free spin more than the original B-186 releases, increasing Stamina performance, and as such are recommended over the latter.
