Aries (アリエス, Ariesu) is a Wheel released by Takara Tomy as part of the Metal System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the BB-13 Random Booster Vol. 1 Secret Aries on September 18, 2008.
Description
The Aries Wheel design features three ram heads, with two horn protrusions each (six horns in total). The six horns are intended to "bounce" attacks off. Aries has slight Upper Attack, but has horrible Defense properties due to the wide gaps in the Wheel, and bad Stamina due to frequent recoil. In addition, Aries is quite light, especially compared to other Wheels. Aries has two molds, with the second mold being lighter in weight. The revised second mold has the gaps between the head and horns filled in, with the underside of the horns being hollowed out.
Overall
The poor shape and light weight of Aries results in poor performance in all categories.
As such, Aries is recommended for collection purposes only.
