This article is about the Hasbro release. For the Takara Tomy release, see Wind Knight Moon Bounce-6.

Whirl Knight K8 Tapered-Q Jaggy-Q+Bounce-2 is an Attack and Stamina Type Beyblade that is a part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System and the QuadStrike System. It was released in western countries as a QuadStrike Starter Pack for USD$11.99 in the United States.

It is the successor to Air Knight 12Expand Eternal in the anime and Air Knight K4 12Expand Eternal-S in the toyline.

Strike Chip - Knight K8

Hasbro's Knight K8 is a right-spin Strike Chip that features a knight's helmet representing the DB Core's namesake. Knight K8 has an average weight for Strike Chips and average Burst Resistance.

Unlike its Takara Tomy counterpart, Knight K8 does not have the vertical movement gimmick.

QS Blade - Whirl

Main article: QS Blade - Whirl

Hasbro's Whirl is a right-spin Stamina Type QS Blade based on Takara Tomy's Wind BU Blade. Whirl has a round perimeter similar to its Takara Tomy counterpart, albeit reduced in diameter; Whirl is about the same size as its predecessor, Hasbro's Air Knight K4 Layer. Three small gaps separate the center from the perimeter, which are intended to increase Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina.

Unlike its Takara Tomy counterpart, Whirl is a single plastic piece and does not have a mode change gimmick. Consequently, Whirl is unable to switch between "Upper Force Mode" and "Down Force Mode", instead being based on Wind's Upper Force Mode. In theory air enters downwards through the three gaps, creating Upper Force that lifts the Beyblade upwards off the Stadium floor, decreasing the friction between the bottom of the Driver and the Stadium floor to increase Stamina. In practice however, the effects of the Upper Force are negligible, and the gimmick creates air resistance when the Whirl combination is spinning. Furthermore, when compared to Wind, Whirl has smaller gaps, decreasing the already minor effect. Like other QD and QS Blades, Whirl can switch between Apex and Core Modes by swapping the position of the Gravity Ring from the top of the QS Blade (Apex) to below it (Core).

Gravity Ring - 2

Main article: Gravity Ring - 2

Hasbro's 2 is a Gravity Ring based on Takara Tomy's 2 Armor. As such it retains the same general shape as 2, with two pointed ends opposite to each other. Unlike its Takara Tomy counterpart however, it is made of plastic instead of metal, and as such its weight has been reduced from about 13.7 grams to 1.5 grams. In theory, 2 has an even weight distribution at two opposite points to increase Attack. In practice however, since all Gravity Rings are plastic instead of metal like Takara Tomy's Armors, they are all around the same weight and offer no differences in performance, with the main difference between them being only aesthetic. As any differences in the weight distribution of a Combination are negligible, it is difficult to suggest using a particular Gravity Ring over another. Furthermore, most QuadDrive System Layers are lightweight and thus outclassed by heavier Layers.

Forge Disc - Tapered-Q

Main article: Forge Disc - Tapered-Q

Hasbro's Tapered-Q is a circular QD Disc based on Takara Tomy's Tapered. It retains the same diameter and downward sloping cone shape as its Takara Tomy counterpart, with the same high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina potential. However, like other QD Discs based on DB Discs, Tapered-Q is hollowed out on its underside when compared to its DB Disc counterpart, reducing its weight by 3 grams. Despite this, Tapered-Q is the heaviest QD Disc, and has the smallest weight difference with its DB Disc counterpart. As Tapered-Q is purely a weaker version of the original Tapered, there is no reason to use Tapered-Q over Tapered.

Performance Tip - Jaggy-Q

Main article: Performance Tip - Jaggy-Q

Jaggy-Q is Hasbro's QuadDrive counterpart to the Jaggy Performance Tip, and thus features a flat, eight-pointed star tip with a depression in the center. Due to its shape, Jaggy-Q has a moderately aggressive movement pattern with speeds exceeding Accel's. However, the rough design makes it difficult to maintain a Banking Pattern while also heavily reducing its Stamina.

Unlike its normal and SlingShock counterparts, Jaggy-Q features a slightly modified shape and two attachment points to accommodate the use of an Armor Tip. Like all QuadDrive Performance Tips, an Armor Tip can be attached to Jaggy-Q, switching it to "Plus Mode". In this mode, Jaggy-Q is essentially replaced by the Armor Tip, and the height becomes similar to a SpeedStorm Performance Tip.

Armor Tip - Bounce

Main article: Armor Tip - Bounce

Hasbro's Bounce is a Stamina Type QuadStrike Armor Tip version of the Bounce Performance Tip. Like other Armor Tips, it can be attached to QuadDrive Performance Tips via two attachment points. When attached to a QuadDrive Performance Tip, it is referred to as the "Plus Mode", essentially replacing the QuadDrive Performance Tip as the main contact point with the Beystadium. The subsequent height becomes similar to that of a SpeedStorm Performance Tip.

As a QuadStrike Armor Tip, the Bounce Armor Tip does not retain the general shape of its Performance Tip counterpart, although some of its design is reminiscent of the Performance Tip. Bounce retains an outer ring around its perimeter, but lacks the stabilization gimmick, due to the removal of the springs. The Bounce Armor Tip is instead wide, akin to a HyperSphere Performance Tip, which is intended to interact with a QuadStrike System Beystadium.
