Wonder Valtryek V4 1' Operate, known as Winning Valkyrie 1' Operate (ウイニングヴァルキリー・ワンダッシュ・オペレート, Uiningu Varukirī Wan Dasshu Operēto) in Japan, is a Balance Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Cho-Z Layer System. It was released in Japan on February 16th, 2019 for 993円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 14 Driger Fang.0.Xt.

Energy Layer - Wonder Valtryek V4

Main article: Energy Layer - Wonder Valtryek V4
Wonder Valtryek V4 is an Attack Type Energy Layer, the center features a feathered, armored face facing forward, akin to its predecessor God Valkyrie, meant to represent the Layer's namesake; Odin's handmaidens of Norse mythology, albeit changed to match the anime's rendition; an armored knight. Like its predecessors, Wonder Valtryek V4 features three large wings as the primary points of contact, granting the Layer high KO and Burst Attack potential. As part of the Cho-Z Layer System, Winning Valkyrie features metal in its design; in this case, concentrated on the wings.

The inclusion of metal makes Winning Valkyrie heavier than most SwitchStrike/God Layers and improves Attack Potential by increasing the weight of the Layer, granting higher inertia that increases both KO and Burst Attack as well as increasing the Layer's Burst resistance as the high inertia resists teeth skipping, a property that compliments the tall teeth of the Takara Tomy release of Winning Valkyrie. Due to these factors and the shape of the blades, Winning Valkyrie performs well in Attack Combinations. However, the wings of Winning Valkyrie are made at an obtuse angle, more so than its predecessors which hinders recoil, though the weight of the Layer can compensate.

Like many other Cho-Z Layers, Winning Valkyrie is unbalanced which increases Burst risk, is liable to break Banking Patterns and drains Stamina. However, these issues can be solved with the use of a Level Chip that fits underneath the Layer.

Forge Disc - 1'

Main article: Forge Disc - 1'
1', like other odd numbered Core Discs, is asymmetrical and elliptical in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. One side features two small sword-tip like protrusions and the other side features the same protrusions along with a single, larger protrusion of the same shape. 1''s gimmick, like its predecessor 1, is that it is unbalanced, it achieves this by having the side with the larger protrusion being more filled in with metal than the other, akin to Quarter. This weight distribution has two primary uses: The first is to increase the Burst Attack of Attack Combinations by generating momentum like a flail which is further enhanced by the heavy weight of 1'. The second is to make a Combination using an unbalanced Layer such as Buster Xcalibur more properly balanced by aligning the heavier side opposite the the heavier side of the Layer which increases Stamina and Burst resistance.

However, compared to 1, 1' is only slightly unbalanced as both sides are mostly filled in with metal, unlike in 1 where one side was hollowed out. While this makes 1' heavier, it also significantly reduces the synergy with an Xcalibur Layer and the Disc is still lighter than more commonly used Discs such as 0.

Performance Tip - Operate

Main article: Performance Tip - Operate
Operate features an adjustable wide ball tip with two settings, Defense and Attack, which are switched by sliding the bottom portion of the tip, akin to a mix of the M145 Spin Track of Metal Fight Beyblade and Massive.

The Defense Setting has the ball tip center with the rest of the Beyblade, meant to create a steady spin in the center of the stadium. In theory, the wide ball tip would increase a Beyblade's Defense by having greater surface area and friction, however in practice, Operate's Defense Setting lags behind Defense and even Massive in almost every aspect. On prior ball Performance Tips such as Defense, tabs surrounded the ball to act as brakes by striking against the stadium floor at the cost of Stamina. Due to the lack of tabs, the Defense Setting's KO resistance lags behind Massive which also had poor KO resistance. This issue is exacerbated by the surface area of the the Defense Setting as it will create a semi-aggressive movement pattern early in battle, bringing a Beyblade closer to the Tornado Ridge. Due to the aforementioned poor KO resistance, this will make a Beyblade using Operate's Defense Setting highly susceptible to KOs.

The Attack Setting has the ball tip off-center with the rest of the Beyblade, meant to create erratic and aggressive movements and even make the Beyblade hop, akin to Quake. The hopping gimmick is meant to create Layer to Disc contact and Burst the opponent, but while the effect is more prominent than in Quake, it is still inconsistent. Furthermore, the offset tip means that Operate's Attack Setting is incapable of maintaining a Banking Pattern and will instead move near the Tornado Ridge or stay in the center with very poor Stamina.
