Wyvron W2 Infinity Yielding, known as Wild Wyvern Infinity Yielding (ワイルドワイバーン・インフィニティ・イールディング, Wairudo Waibān Infiniti Īrudingu) in Japan, is a Stamina Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Dual Layer System. It was released in Japan on November 12th, 2016 for 3780円 as part of the Beyblade Super Custom Set Speed Ver..
Energy Layer - Wyvron W2
Main article: Energy Layer - Wyvron W2
Wyvron W2 is a Defense Type Layer that features eight blades that alternate between colored and clear plastic and the head of a dragon, meant to represent this Layer's Japanese namesake; the Wyvern, a two-legged winged dragon.
While Wyvron W2 may seem round and thus ideal for Defense at first glance, upon closer inspection it's actually square in shape. Each of the corners of this square shape create points of recoil that make it unsuitable for Defense Combinations. This problem is further exacerbated for the Takara Tomy release of Wild Wyvern, which has teeth akin to that of Chaos, which leads to the downfall of this Layer. The teeth are so short that they are unable to withstand the recoil that comes from the square shape, making Wild Wyvern severely prone to losses by Burst.
Forge Disc - Infinity

Infinity features a round, thick, sharp edged and warped design meant to recreate the look of a Mobius Strip. Like Ring, almost all of Infinity's weight is focused on the perimeter creating a high Outward Weight Distribution and Flywheel Effect for Stamina Combinations and the round design allows for some Life After Death. However, like Ring, the high Outward Weight Distribution increases the risk of Bursts as the Disc and Performance Tip will resist changes in spin speed while the Layer is more likely to stop, leading to teeth skipping and Bursts.
Performance Tip - Yielding
Main article: Performance Tip - Yielding
Yielding features a cone shaped tip made of PolyOxyMethylene (POM) thermoplastic rather than traditional plastic, akin to Metal Fight Beyblade's Polish Defense. Yielding's gimmick is that the POM plastic has less friction against the stadium floor than traditional plastic, increasing a Combination's Stamina. Embossed into the top of the Performance Tip is a stylized 'Y' for easy differentiation.
Due to the lowered friction, Yielding yields high amounts of Stamina and procession time, however this low friction also brings lowered KO resistance and stability. The stability issue is further exacerbated by the angle of the cone; unlike Metal Fight Beyblade's Defense Tip, the angle of Yielding is more acute, akin to Big Wide Defense, causing an increase in the risk of floor scrapes. It is possible to improve the stability somewhat by wearing down the tip, however the low friction means that this takes time.
The advantage Yielding has over other Performance Tips such as Revolve and Defense is greater Burst resistance as the low friction means that there is less force to be taken by the teeth or slopes of a Layer.
