This article is about the Hasbro release. For the Takara Tomy release, see Z Achilles 11 Xtend.

Z Achilles A4 11 Xtend-S is a Balance Type Beyblade released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the SlingShock System. It was released in western countries as a part of the Rail Rush Battle Set for USD$34.99 in the United States and AUD$69.99 in Australia.

Energy Layer - Z Achilles A4

Main article: Energy Layer - Z Achilles A4

In-depth information for Hasbro’s Z Achilles A4 Energy Layer will be placed here once drafting has been completed for it. Please be patient.

Forge Disc - 11

Main article: Forge Disc - 11

11, unlike most other odd numbered Core Discs, is symmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Frame. Each side features one large protrusion to create the visage of an "11" with one protrusion featuring a large "1" shaped indent to create an unbalanced design, however the shallow depth of the indent creates no noticeable effect. Compared to other Core Discs, 11 is one of the lightest, even lighter than most non-Core Discs. This light weight severely hinders 11's Attack, Defense and Stamina potential and while the light weight would create high Burst Resistance, the heavy weight of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System and the Cho-Z Layer System makes the use of lightweight Discs for Burst Resistance obsolete.

Performance Tip - Xtend-S

Main article: Performance Tip - Xtend-S

Xtend-S is a Performance Tip that features a manual height-change gimmick, akin to Metal Fight Beyblade's Change Height 120 Spin Track. Unlike Takara Tomy's XtendXtend-S has a mode-change gimmick that ties with its height-change gimmick, allowing it to switch from "Battle Ring Mode" to "SlingShock Mode".

In "Battle Ring Mode", Xtend-S features a wide flat base that has a sharp tip protruding in its center, akin to a wider Fusion. Like Fusion, when launched straight down into the stadium, the sharp protrusion in the center will keep the Xtend-S Combination stable and still in the center, preventing potential loss of Stamina. However, unlike Fusion and the Takara Tomy's Xtend, the center protrusion is much larger. Normally, when such a tip is either knocked off balance by an opponent or launched at an angle, the flat base would make contact with the stadium, creating an aggressive movement pattern. But because the center protrusion is so large, the aggressive movement is even more unreliable than Xtend.

In "SlingShock Mode", the tip is extended and locked in place, revealing a wide hole-flat tip akin to Takara Tomy's Xtend+'s Attack Setting. Unlike Takara Tomy's Xtend, Hasbro's Xtend-S creates a much more substantial increase in height. Unlike Xtend+ however, the wide hole-flat tip rests on a tall and narrow base. While "SlingShock Mode" creates highly aggressive movement that would imply use in Attack Combinations, the diameter of the tip makes it somewhat difficult to maintain a Banking Pattern, and the tall height is very ill-suited for Attack Combinations, as Xtend-S Combinations in "SlingShock Mode" are highly vulnerable to being Destabilized. Of the two modes, "Battle Ring Mode" has the greater success.
