Blaze is Zonamos' teammate and team leader. Zonamos was scouted by Blaze for being a Mystery Crafter and considered as "Noblesse Oblige". Like Yuni, Zonamos does his best to make him proud.
Yuni Naniwa[]
Yuni is Zonamos' teammate. Yuni and Zonamos get along well and wish to do their best to impress Blaze but easily panic when Blaze did not arrive for their matches. However, they both quickly find a solution to it to make their battles more entertaining. Yuni initially does not agree with Zonamos giving riddle hints to Robin during their match against Persona, but caves in at the end.
Robin Kazami[]
Robin is Zonamos' opponent during the match between Yggdrasil and Persona. Zonamos offers a riddle to Robin to solve by defeating the correct Cowl Sphinx. Robin's answer to the riddle impresses Zonamos and made him happy for being a Mystery Crafter, making the Robin Sphinx statue to become bolder and gold (to Robin's shock). Both Robin and Zonamos have stayed on friendly terms.

- As of the third volume of the Beyblade X manga series, Zonamos's Launch Power is 7000.
- Zonamos' name is an anagram of the Japanese word 'nazo', meaning mystery or riddle.
- In the original release of the Beyblade X anime, Zonamos adds "Zona" to the end of his sentences while in the international release, he speaks in rhymes.
- The only time he does not rhyme so far is when he says "I don't know".
